 How to open the passenger airbag cover? |

Hello!
I am noticing some irritating noises from the passenger airbag cover, so I have decided to dampen it with some foam. Is this easy to open, and is it safe? If so, how?

my pass airbag cover was making the same annoying noise. a horrifying "is the car falling apart?" rattle at low rpms.
I had some spare black rubber from old rubber mats, it was thick, so i just cut a few pieces and stuck them in all four corners of the cover, trimmed so that you can't see it, but thick enough to stop the rattle. And the rubber isn't a permanent fix so the airbag can open if it has to.
