Hello,
Just bought this 99 GT, but its been wrecked in the past. Is there any easy trick to getting the hood bumber lined up without taking the bumper off? I only ask cause it looks like the bumper is glued to the fenders on both sides. Some shaddy body work. The passenger side bumper needs to move up about a 1/4 inch. open your hood, you should see these plastic washers piled up looks like rubber support along the line of the radiator support. 2 on each side. They twist up and down.
