well i've got this crazy idea, and i kinda wanna make it happen i like the look of veilside, but without the lil flair things on the side and maybe a lil vis mixed in soooo....
would it be possible to make my own kit if i started with something like autoCAD made somethin up then had say a block of wood and clay, and shaped it to what i wanted, then added say ceran (sp??) wrap w/vasaline as a release agent then laid fiberglass over it??
i think this would be awsome just to point and say i made that and u'ed have a better feeling then buying the 1500 veilside "that never fit right anyway!" so has anyone ever done this before?? and since i have all the time in the world (well minus homework and my job) rolleyes.gif would this be possible i mean somebody has had to do it right?? so if u can help let me know thanks! smile.gif

somethin small by like an r/c car u mean? lol yea i've done that already auto bodyclass...yea im helping may dad rebuild a 37 imperial right now and i've helped my grandpa fiberglass a boat..
granted i know im not the best but i've done a few things before,not to metion my work on the milling machine...
soo if anyone has ne ideas to get me started on design / materials to use, ect. please let me know thanks
