Hello,
Just bought this 99 GT, but its been wrecked in the past. Is there any easy trick to getting the hood bumber lined up without taking the bumper off? I only ask cause it looks like the bumper is glued to the fenders on both sides. Some shaddy body work. The passenger side bumper needs to move up about a 1/4 inch. So I tried loosening up the screws mentioned to see if the front end could be pushed into the correct position, but its definetly not moving any closer. So I did some measurements. The distance between these frame pieces is different. Forgive me I don't know what there called so I snagged a picture from another post to illustrate. The distance on passenger side is ~2.25 distance on the driver side is ~2.00. Don't see anyway to adjust it.
