 Perfect wheel size on Celica |

I have a Celica AT200, and is currently looking for some new wheels and tires. What is the perfect wheel size on my Celica? I am planning to lower it too.
Any answers will be appreciated!

Found a picture of a Celica with the rims I am planning to buy:
 (Front/Rear: 8.0" x 18" + 225/40/18 Tyres) Will this rub? And is the car lowered on the picture? And: What do you think? I have a black car too.. |
