Apparently my TSX friend told about this new craze over the throttle body spacer. Its suppose to give u more hp n tq n saves gas. I think its garbage but he says hes getting gains off of it. There are ones made for the 5sfe but none for the 7afe kindasad.gif Do any of u guys use it or heard of it? the one he has is made by p2r.

Wow, I want shiney red on my engine, would look cool, or something

PS. I've tried the Simota Super Spiral Turbo Ventilator (whatever you call it with 100 redundant words in the product name)... Another gas saver/just add torque mod/whatever

These things have no positive benefits... And the ones with blades or jagged cut teeth or basically anything that reduces the total diameter or area of the intake line will act as an intake restrictor and reduce total max HP aswell as detriment Off-Idle throttle response.

The throttle body spacer will increase the total volume of the intake manifold but you need some other mods to be able to fill that volume, the engine itself isn't going to recognise there's a bigger chamber of air to breathe from and somehow suck harder?
