 interior trim problem |

My passenger door panel trim is damaged a bit.
this is not my car but ive found this picture and figured out that im not the only one with this problem  I dont know really what caused this since i bought my car like that...probly last owner's gf had a weighty elbow  my question is...is that trim easy to replace? regards |

my interior is great apart from this on both doors RAH, is there anything that can be done?
