well throw it out there, where is the best place to live up there??

I guess I should have said lower than T.O. or Vancity. It was really depressing at the beginning of 2009; but it seemed like the gangs were trying to kill one person a day for the first few weeks here.  Mind you they only attack each other; although there was one innocent by-standard who was trying to prevent a person from being shot, that actually got shot himself.
