Anybody run into a problem with the kyb front and rear strut mounts and there tein ss coilover setup. I just priced check at the dealership and the front strut mounts are like $160 each and the rear strut mounts are like $104 each, compared to kyb strut mounts that are $60 a piece i think. I know they say the kyb are supposed to be an oem standard equipment item, right now im looking at paying $500 bucks from the dealership or pay $240 and go with the kyb's, i definately want to go with the kyb's but i dont want to run into a problem with the install. Any info is helpful.

the main concern with people ( besides the toyota being OEM ) is that KYB mounts are thicker than OEM, so if you were to lower your car with springs, the KYB strut mounts would decrease the drop on your car, as they'd lift the car a bit more due to thicker strut mounts, since you're installing Coilovers and can drop the car at your will, I'd say go for it.
