Anyone ever done the necessary body work to accommodate coupe/vert tail lights on a Coupe?? Reason I ask is because I love curren tails.......and since the car is in the body shop anyway........

I think the jdm hatch tails look better then the curren ones.
The rear end probably wouldn't flow as well as it does with those tails on there.

I've going about the JDM hatch tail lights and those would be easier, but (and no offense to anyone here) they're SOOOOO played out. The split red/white curren tails are just beautiful to me and to see them on a hatch would make the keyed in enthusiast do a double take.

Aren't most mods played out then, like splitters, c-one type front's, gt-four conversions, cold air intakes, strut braces, etc..

You mis-interpreted my meaning. What I was getting at moreso was that (other than those afterburner things) the JDM's are the only option for tail lights for us hatch guys.

I'm thinking a tinted red section and leave the white section of the currens alone would be sick looking.
