ok so i just got my projectors in and i took them apart... the right hand projector has the cutout just like the left hand does... they are not Right hand drive or left hand drive... also look at the pic in the how-to for LHD use... the lens is a convex lens... which means the image would be rotated 190*... the "cutoff" portion is actually towards the center of the car and is found on both sides... just a little info i thought i might add... so US guys.. no reason to break open your projectors unless you want to paint them like me....

That, and the projectors are interchangeable, so they will have the same design and beam pattern on both sides.

That, and the projectors are interchangeable, so they will have the same design and beam pattern on both sides. Actually, the housing with the cutoff in it is not interchangeable. I'm sitting with one right here next to me stamped R and there's obviously differences in the housing. Granted the cutoff in both is the same, but the only interchangeable part in the projectors would be the bulb housing and lens/retainer. The cutoff housing isn't interchangeable. -------------------- |
