Is it the exclusive features for UKers? I receive 2 payments by UKers, mark as "Gift" and no paypal fees charge, the only thing is no postal address provided
I coudn't find this features in my PAYPAL, and couple guys from States also unable, any ideas? -------------------- |

I recently just went through this myself and found that I don't have it either. I wonder why some have it and some don't? Here's a screen shot of mine
