Is it the exclusive features for UKers? I receive 2 payments by UKers, mark as "Gift" and no paypal fees charge, the only thing is no postal address provided
I coudn't find this features in my PAYPAL, and couple guys from States also unable, any ideas? -------------------- |

I have this, but i don't use it as you have no buyer protection that way....
