I read somewhere on this forum and now I can't find it. Is it true that the ebay header can't withstand romping on it? I read that it might move when romped on due to the engine moving or something and the welds crack. I ordered mine from the popular 'surewin' dealer.

ok from experience of having these things for over a year know. the gaskets that come with them are good ones. Nnow the hardware i.e.(whatever that means) the 3 bolts and nuts that come with them suck ass. go to local auto store, Napa auto parts has them. or home depot and get heat resistant bolts along with lock nuts. they have a round flat look too them on one side.

i tried going to exhaust shop to see if they had any gasket that look like the ones that goes from the header to downpipe and they didnt have a single one.

so had to make my own gasket out of this. http://azcustomcars.com/product.php?productid=56790 this gasket material has steel in between it. its good stuff!

about the ebay headers slowly start to crap away. ive heard this too. if you were to get an actual brand name headers you probably wouldn't have to worry about them. i also have them heat wrapped. so far so good.
