I purchased a new 1/4 panel for my 96' Celica GT from rockauto.com for $180. It comes primed and certified (whatever that means). It also comes with mounting hardware. I'm thinking this is going to be a piece of cake job. Just remove the old one by basically turning a wrench right? And then get the new one painted to match and install. Easy right? Or not?

yes, and no. the fender is held on by a bunch of 10mm bolts. you have to take the the front bumper, low beam light and wheel well out too. the fit is not always 100%. make sure you have a few hours to do this project.
