I wanted to replace the name plate on my 5sfe engine as it's all scratched up (The one that says 16 VALVE). Is there a particular way to pry that name plate off? Is it glued on?
After some further reading, is the replacement label (11292-74130) Just a sticker with the words 16 VALVE on it? Does the part that the words are on NOT come off? (I'm at work so I can't exactly look closely right now) This post has been edited by Sinyk: Mar 24, 2009 - 12:16 PM -------------------- |

it's just a sticker, peel it off and use a razor blade or knife to get the residue off, then good to go.
