Looking for a 1994 Toyota Celica ST Engine M/T. Needs to have low miles on it and in good condition. My car has a 1.8 liter 7A-FE engine, and is starting to have too many miles on it.
I am looking to spend about $1,500, for a stock engine with low miles. Price can be flexible obviously if engine is brand new or if it has aftermarket parts on it (must run and have low miles). Please contact me on this website or email at -Mgnt232@hotmail.com- with any questions or offers. thanks- I live in the Albany, NY area. -------------------- |

Any of the S motors (3SGTE, 3SGE, 5SFE) would be hard to swap into your car. They have different motor mounts. Not impossible, just more difficult than it needs to be. You would be better to swap a 4AGE into your car, since it uses the same motor mounts. You can pick those up pretty cheap. I have seen a 4AGE silvertop on tigerjapanese.com for $400. But if you decide to not deal with the hassle involved with that, I have a 7AFE. I doubt if it's what you are looking for, since it needs a couple of things (distributor, alternator, AC compressor- all of which you have on your 7A already.) It's got 130,000 miles on it, but ran perfectly when I pulled it from the car. The only thing is, you have to come pick it up. I'm not willing to ship it. But if you come pick it up, you can have it for free. I need the garage space back.

My car is burning oil and thats why i want a new engine. so do you know anywhere where i could get a 4AGE, im not sure what the silver top thing is your talking about? im new with working on cars and knowing alot. thanks if you know any thing that could help=] go with a 4age its cheaper easier and the increase in power will be nice if youve never had a tubro car. you can get the whole swap from japanstarmotors for around 900. japanstarmotors.com? is like a terrible search engine thing, could you send me a link for what ur talking about? thanks -------------------- |
