 Comparing axles + need help |

anyone know if the GT drivers axle from an auto can work in a manual????
i really need to do my axles and i have my pass. side. Napa for some odd reason doesnt have the driver's side  i checked the lengths of each in the haynes book and both are similar in length with the auto axle more than a hair longer. anyone know if this could work?? cuz i dont feel like spending 200+ on an axle and waiting 4 days for it. anyone know the teeth count for the auto and manual axle? YEah we have carquest.
checker's/o'reily is the one who qouted me 200+ even with my cousins, Herosblade on here, employee discount. stupid quantity vs demand crap....and also that Hawaii is just plain to expensive to live  ...not much is available for our cars here on the island. most of the stuff i ordered or replaced came from Cali.Imma call carquest today.
