 Comparing axles + need help |

anyone know if the GT drivers axle from an auto can work in a manual????
i really need to do my axles and i have my pass. side. Napa for some odd reason doesnt have the driver's side  i checked the lengths of each in the haynes book and both are similar in length with the auto axle more than a hair longer. anyone know if this could work?? cuz i dont feel like spending 200+ on an axle and waiting 4 days for it. anyone know the teeth count for the auto and manual axle? really?!?!? the napa axle gave you problems. damn its looks soo beefy though the cv boots

The first driver side one i had was out-of-round and ate up my new axle seal, as well as spat out a ton of grease. Thats the one i replaced with the super sexy carquest one. Both the crappy quality and horrible service from the Napa's around here have made me swear to myself to never shop there again. They suck here.
