 speedometer not reading right |

i have a 94 celica st 5sp. i think the speedometer is saying im going faster than what i am. at 3k rpm it says im doing about 73mph. does that sound right? i have 205/60-14 on it so that might throw it off a little

lol, that i cnt help u with, sry, my car is still in the process of getting a roof and windshield, so i havnt driven it much yet.
