Will the 3SGTE or 3SGE pass emmissions tests and is it street legal?

 You know. we might have to give up on it. But with a programmeable computer, we might not have to worry about it. We will set environmental mode and race mode. igotta5S-FEturbo? can you check out my write up on turbo charging and tell me what you think. I am moving on to the turbocharging part on.
