So I didn't know if this would be exterior styling or interior wiring, so i put it here.
I don't quite understand the relay part of the whole set up. From what i understand after reading the 12 page how to you can wire them with out the relay. If you can wire them without the relay why is there such a big fuss over getting the relays? And why do i need one if i can wire it without it? I just got my set of power folding mirrors with the switches and plugs and will probablyy start working on getting them set up this weekend hopefully just looking for a bit more understanding. Thanks guys -------------------- 1 JL 1,000/1v2

Thanks guys!!
![]() So after watching all the videos and re-reading the how guide this is my plan... Test and label all the wires to the new mirrors and check then against the how to guide. Remove the guts from the power folding mirrors and paint the housings to match my car. Remove old mirrors and switch. Re-pin my current switch wires to work with the JDM switch Install new switch and mount mirrors. Run wires. Enjoy. Does that sound about right? -------------------- 1 JL 1,000/1v2
