Does anyone know who makes 50 state legal headers for 94 celica st??? And how much they usally go for? I need to buy some ASAP!!!!!

I'm curious if you could just put 2 CAT's in the exhaust system when you replace the header. I guess I would get ahold of a good exhaust shop and talk to them about it. They should be able to help you out.
