I was told a apexi S afc will tune my 3sgte and I was also told it would not. Also told it would but I could not do it since I dont now what I am doing and I have no base map to go from. Can anyone tell me what is the right awnser and how hard is it to usethanks

Yes. but ur only gonna be able to add or remove fuel. so that you have the correct mixture of air/fuel going into ur motor.
