So I want to install a factory-looking and high quality set of white face guages for my dash. Any recommendations and is it an easy install??

DO NOT TAKE YOUR NEEDLES OFF!!!
Doing so will screw up your gauge cluster. The overlays slide OVER the needle. -------------------- 15PSI - 30MPG - Megasquirt Tuned

It's easy to pop off your gas and temp needles, those will just pop back on and so long as you mark your gas needle's spot, you won't have any issues.
