 Difference between GReddy sp and sp2? |

I was looking at upgrading my exhaust system and i noticed the GReddy sp cat-back exhaust in the parts database and it sounds like what i want, but there is only the sp2 model for sale now. Does anyone know what the difference is and if there is a way to get one fit for the celica?

i know in some cars the tip in sp folds in and sp2 folds out.
