hey, im gonna repaint my car... anyone wanna put up a how to article for me? im new at all this, but i know i can do it...thanks

They don't mean any harm or disrespect I'm sure. It's just that it takes a lot of practice to master, and it's not a basic how-to like installing indiglo gauges or making clear corners. It's more of an art that has to be aquired through experience and trial and error. I think that the guy who painted my car said that he painted 10 or so cars before he finally started getting pretty good at it, so if you keep at it and learn more and paint lots of cars I think you'll get it.  If you'd like, I can give you some tips that I got from him and my friend who also has painted cars and is painting his own this spring, and post them in these forums. Just let me know.
