Just like to say I'm now a homeowner! Got our house about a week ago and been doing tons of work. What's the best part? HUGE garage. I can fit my Maxima and Celica inside, along with tools, bench, etc and another small car up front.
Thought I would share the excitement

!!!! Thats very exciting, congrats man!!!! Hopefully i'll be making a similar post to this before the year is over, don't forget to do your taxes right, since its yoru first home you'll get alot of money back from obama, i think its 8 grand...

Yeah I have the tax amend forms for the credit ready to mail off, that is a sweet credit for first time home buyers.
