my nephew just bought a tibby in atl area, the owner forgot to mention the clutch was going.

so here is my dilemma, I'm not looking for performance right now, just need to ride the car. i can help, as i did the celica.

1. where can I find a how to
2. and I need good oem replaement. advance auto parts has it, is it good. Its made by perfection

perfectionclutch.com/clutch.html any good?

3. can the flywheel be resurfaced, where can i find a good oem replacement if not.

the tibby is a v6 with the 5 speed tranny.

anny input is appreciated.

ill try to search google, but I'm desperate as the clutch is slipping bad and burning.

Make sure you double check the circumference if your shopping on eBay. Some people like to put down stuff that aren't the right size and try to sell you a POS clutch kit. If it looks to good to be cheap its prob a POS and don't get anything that is a Stage 3 clutch or beyond, its a pain in the ass to drive with everyday.
