 idle problems, My car is idling very oddly |

Whenever I turn my car on the rpm's are at 2 and they'll stay there, if I brake hard they may start going up and down between one and two thousand. Any ideas anybody?

lol, i thought the 5sfe's had mass air flow sensors, thats why i said maf/map sensor lol, wasnt sure wick one u have
