ok so idk if i post this up before. but i have this really annoying engine/whining noise that comes through the speakers. now i have a 800w amp and a 12' sub connected. ive changed both of them to see the out come but still gives that noise. i even put a sound filter on it and it does make it lower but its still there. any one have a clue of what it can be? plz help.ASAP!!!

how long is your ground to your amp.
