Everyone,
So I'm tired of the stock speakers in my GT; when I got the car they sounded fine but after driving it daily and hearing them in action they aren't as clear or crisp as the Pioneers I put in my previous car. I've now decided to replace the stocks with the following: Front: Pioneer TS-D720C Rear: Pioneer TS-D702P My question is since the system will, at most, output 540W of power can I use the stock amp. or should I go ahead and replace/bypass it with an aftermarket amp? The amp I'm looking at getting is the Alpine PDX-5. PS: Overall, this is the first step towards building my carPC if that makes any difference. Any help or experience would be greatly appreciated. those pioneers don't look to bad, sicne they have seperate crossovers(big plus)
I am running a set of entery level focals and they are AMAZING. There are a million brands to choose from and a million people to back up most of them, the best thing to do is to go to a couple different stores and listen to your kinda music on, and see what you like, or do the same thing in different peoples cars. -------------------- 1 JL 1,000/1v2
