So I'm installing new e brake pads and have been having issues getting my rotors back on. The previous owner I believe did a rear brake swap because I have rear disks but the car is an st. What size are the stock gt rotors in the rear? Everything is all centered up and the rotors still aren't sliding on over the ebrake pads. I promise this will be my last post about this

Have you dialed the e-brake adjuster all the way back? There will be a notched gear at the bottom of the e-brake assembly which controls the spread of the e-brake pads. Once the rotor is on, you can access the gear through a hole in the face of the rotor to adjust the pads back into position.
