I need to know the biggest size tire that can go on 17x7 enkies. My celica is lowered 1.5 inches (correctly). I don't want to roll the fenders or anything or any scrubbing.
I'd appreciate any help anyone can give me. FYI i'm on my phone and it is currently my only way of 6gc right now so please don't tell me to search because it wont pull anything up on my phone. I have tried many times. -Colby -------------------- ![]() |

so the extra half inch lift from 225/45 doesn't affect handling much? seems like the higher center of gravity would have an impact on performance. Is a +40 offset wheel too high to run 225/45 w/o rub?

WAY more grip with the larger tires. there is no downside to the larger tires, IMO. its better all around. handleing, ride comfort, apperance, is all better with the 225/45's for me. -------------------- Former Team 5SFTE pro member ;)
