Enkei RS-6s in 17s im dropped an inch and there 38 offset do i need spacers or ???

To make things clear - no you do not need spacers. Factory wheel offset is +39. The aftermarket wheels will probably be wider than the factory ones, which will make them look much more flush than stock. Spacers are optional, but certainly not required. I, along with many others here, ran with an offset of +42. Only then do I suggest spacers. So long as you are in the range of +39 to +35 you don't need anything. +39 and higher you would want a spacer, and lower than +35 will probably require fender rolling/stretched tire/large amount of camber etc.
