i recently bought a 1994 celica st with the 7a-fe. im fairly new to the import scene and need advice. i want to do the 3s-gte swap but im not sure how much money i will have to invest in it to do that and it seems like alot of the people that do the swap have problems afterwards. i want to get as much power out of my car as possible but alos want to kep it dependable because its also my daily. any advice on anything i can do with it would be great pictures step-by-step etc. anything you have to offer i would be glad to hear

The problem here is that you want dependable. If you don't want issues leave it stock. If you like tinkering around with your car because thats what you love to do, do the swap. The swap and I am dead serious will be around $5000. You will have to save. If you don't have $5000 laying around don't even think about it.
