Hey guys, I really don't know what this thing is on my car. I've heard it could be a garage opener or something, but no one really seems to know what it is. It's under my steering wheel. I'm so tempted to turn the key in it, but I don't wanna hurt my baby if I do. Help! What is this thing?
I also cannot for the life of me figure out how to post pictures of it on this site. But there are pics! :C |

Where in CA are you?
