I pulled the pump a few minutes ago and the tank is full of trash like I thought. Thats why I am going to drop the tank so I can clean it out. The sock on the pump was clogged with rust colored gas and particles. The sock must be so clogged the pump is not sending enough gas when I am at wot thats why I the hesitation and the car breaking up.
