will these rims fit on a celi? I'm thinking about getting these if they fit. thanks!

Nope only celicas and TCs ran and perhaps RAVs ran 5x100 and the older camry. Everything else Toyota pretty much runs 5x114 but specifically in your case, these wheels will not fit.
