I've just got this finished today and thought I'd share
I'm using an ITX motherboard (With the dual-core Atom) with a S-ATA HDD, 1Gb Ram and the amp is in the box too. ![]() And the final product. I really like the colour so might add it to the vents on each side and electric window controls. ![]() |

Below are some of the build pics for the PC itself ![]() ![]() The software is called FreeICE, but I'm tempted to use Centrafuse in the future. Boot time is about 20 seconds because I'm using hibernate, although a fresh boot might be quicker as I've got 1Gb of ram. The screen is a bit of a monster to be honest. I had a Xenarc from my previous install and was given a dead TMR screen so I thought I'd see what I could do. The TMR screen had a faulty controller so I used the Controller and inverter from the Xenarc with the TMR screen. It's not very readable in the sun though so I might get a new TMR screen one day. |
