good suspension setup, need help Options

These are my plans, i want the stiffest lowest setup possible. so i would like the rims to be kinda tucked, but the handleing thats like a gocart. what are some good setups

koni yellows alone cost $750 and the front are inserts. Camber plates can be from $200-300. lowering springs another $200 on average. ST sway bars $300 rear gt-four strut bar or cusco rear strut bar $120-160. Low end coilovers cost around a grand. or you can get tien ss for around $1500.

or you can get blisten struts all around $400. they are better than kyb gr-2 and not as expensive as koni yellows. from what people have said. dont forget bump stops, those will prevent bottoming out.
