so basically removing the hatch is a pain the glutious maximus....but as i removed it i discovered a few things...
i kinda ripped the thing off, considering i had no idea how to get it off...anybody know???? i need imput, and where can i buy another? ![]() ![]() this thing was a pain to take off.... ![]() i wanna put some chairs back here...more comfortable i'd imagine. ![]() del sol much? i think so... ![]() another shot.. ![]() i think ill keep the no hatch look...lol no that would be dumb...but quite windy... -------------------- A work in (extremely slow) progress

Hey i took my hatch off awhile ago to replace it with another from the previous year. however, for your question, that little rubber tube thing looks like the tube for the rear windshield wiper fluid nozzle. if it's in the middle of the car then thats definitly what it is cuz i had such a hard time getting it off, i almost ripped it. but the wire connectors i'd imagine goes to the 3rd brake light, and maybe rear defroster. the 96 to 97 changed the wires for the defroster..But good luck with your hatch. i still have not been able to get it right so that it "pops" up when i turn the key or pull the trunk release. and its a green hatch on a gray car haha
