Checked out Famoso last night Options

This was my first time at a 1/4 mile track and I'm definitely goin back. I wasn't prepared at all so I've got room for improvement. 3/4 tank of gas, bald tires, over-inflated tires.

Heres my two best runs:

The biggest thing was definitely launching, i've practiced launching by listening to the engine and tire chirp, but I couldn't hear **** at the track so I had to just wing it. Gotta practice launching with music blasting or something to get a better feel.

I plan on going again this summer if anyones interested in a mini-meet or sumthin.

Well I normally take off without holding the rpms up and I get really clean launches, but I need to be able to listen to my tires to adjust while launching that way. Last night I just launched from about 1.2-1.5k, I know from experience any higher than that and my tires spin for days .

The car in front of me did like 8.5k launch, an s2000 holding at rev limiter. So ridiculous
