Buying New suspension setup, What Else Might I need!!!, Tein SS Coils

I used a jack to hold up the knuckle. Get ready for back aches. would you guys suggest replacing anything else while i have things in pieces anyways, I will be doing this at my mec's shop (bushings etc..) car has 201,000k on it and no suspension work has ever been done aside from alignment.
