Do I still need to modify the spoiler to install it like the GT-four blocks (drill a 2 holes) or is it just bolt on? Thanks

oops
 i have a spare set of oem blocks, i don't think they can be cut down. even if you did, it wouldn't be a simple cut-and-mold-back-together kind of job. the walls of the blocks are different from one another in terms of angle, length, and shape. maybe you can cut the top part of the gt-four blocks and mold it to the eurou blocks?? i guess you'll need to see both sets to find out...
