how expensive would it be to swap a 3sge out with my 5sfe? what all would i have to do to perform the swap?

i am thinking of doing a third gen 3sge swap ( non beams ) wondering if it is a straight swap , i am getting the motor + harness+ ecu . wondering what else i need and also i have a 1995 celica convertible with a 2.2 l motor . will the my body harness plug into the ecu any tips will be great , the motor is a gen 3 from a ss-III in japan
