Yes, you saw that right. This is a one up on the guy who inadvertantly painted everything when he did his calipers as this guy did this intentionally. I am dying here. --------------------  |

I can only guess the Dremel was used to drill more holes into the rotors. I do not know why you would paint your calipers if you have rims that do not even show your calipers.
