I was bored one night so I decided to take off my spoiler and see what it looks like. I like it a lot better now and I would like to keep it off. I need some way to plug the holes and fix the scratches that the spoiler left. Would it be easiest to get a new hatch?

Before I had the DCW spoiler molded into my car, I had used the plastic interior retainers and RTV to cover the holes. Worked great, was water tight, no issues noted.
Good luck finding a hatch that didn't have a spoiler on it. Those are few and far between. FWIW I was quoted at about $250-400 for welding, smoothing, and hatch repainting. NEver got around to it until I did a full paint though. -------------------- |
