Hi guys, I am collecting part to turbo my 3s-ge, have my manifold and CT26 already plus map sensor. Ordered the fuel pump and still looking for rx7 460cc injectors, 2mm head gasket and SAFC. Intercooler, gauges etc, well still some way to go.

However there is one question in my head I need to ask. I want to boost this at 7psu max, how do I limit the CT26 to boost 7psi? Any ideas please.

you should be able to do this with a Blow Off Valve or Dump Valve.
My understanding of teir use is that in teh states it is perfectly legal to drive with BOVs, but in the UK it is not. If you use a BOV, the "over pressure" must be recycled to the exhaust pipe. Using a BOV will allow you to regulate inlet pressure much more accurately (as it is the inlet you regulate, rather than the exhaust pressure). In addition it allows the turbo to freewheel, which allows it to spool up faster (waste gate would allow the turbo to spool down, with all conseqences that come with it...). I haven't seen any BOVs that recirculate though, so if you do find one, let me know!
BTW, could you do something of a writeup please? I want to do the same conversion as you...
