My car just recently hit 250K on the original engine. So, I decided it would be fun to see what the compression was.
1>195 2>192 3>192 4>195 Same exact compression results I had at 200k. The thing that impresses me the most is that the motor has been through two 3-2 mis shifts(one of those well over 8k rpm) and a 75 dry shot of nitrous for a couple of bottles. I don't think it will ever die.

my 5s-fe has been running strong at 175-185 across the board for too long, aside for the common oil pan oil leak this bastard just wont let me down.
200k on the car and the only work done was replacing broken glass! |
